Description

Let's push your limits during this quick 30 minute strength HIIT class working head to toe. Modifications to create higher and lower impact options will help participants increase their cardio, muscular strength and endurance, and feel successful. 2 dumbbells of equal medium weight is encouraged, but not required. Have a yoga mat or towel for ground work. Be sure to have some water and maybe even a towel on hand - because we are going to sweat!
