This class is designed to help tone, chisel and define your total body with high-energy options. This heart-pumping class can help accelerate toning and weight loss. Feel free to use the modification options to keep things low impact.

Equipment Required

Things you need: A countertop, chair, or stool to be your "barre", light hand weights or water bottles, canned food, or Lysol cans if you can find them. 😂 A yoga mat or carpeted area, a pilates ball or pillow for back support and most importantly, your amazing self 😘 *optional
