FHIIT = FUN High Intensity Interval Training - This is a moderate-to-high intensity HIIT workout that will challenge your entire body with dynamic, full body exercises. In a "HIIT" workout, you alternate short bursts of high intensity movement (think: squats, lunges, jumping jacks, etc), with short periods of rest. If you are looking to get fit, strong and active, this class is for you! Progressions are offered for nearly every exercise, so you can start at the beginning and level up every time you press play! Monday = Cardio/Metabolic (bodyweight); Wednesday = Balance/Burn (toning with light weights, and bands); Friday = Strength (5' resistance bands or heavier weights). $ave with a package!
