FHIIT: Fun/Functional High Intensity Interval Training! You can be strong, fit, and healthy at any age or any size! These workouts will kickstart your fitness level FAST. This class is a moderate- to high- intensity HIIT workout that will challenge your entire body. Multiple "grow-with-you" intensity and impact options are offered for most exercises, so you can start at the beginning and level-up your workout each time you press play. Monday = Cardio/Metabolic (bodyweight); Wednesday = Balance/Burn (light weights, barre-inspired); Friday = Strength (5' resistance bands or heavier weights). $ave with a package!
