Description

This is a strength-building workout that uses resistance bands or dumbbells to increase your strength, power, and muscle endurance. We will work through one round of body weight movements, and then progress to 2 rounds each of lower and upper body exercises. This is appropriate for ALL bodies! Need a playlist? 5' Resistance bands and/or dumbbells (5 - 20 lbs)
