Come relax, release and restore in this on the floor class sure to make you chillax! This class requires no yoga experience. Gentle yoga poses will be held anywhere from 5-10 minutes on the floor, fully supported by props that you can gather around your home. With a playlist and readings to soothe your brain. This class will end with an extended savasana, giving you plenty of time to press your own restore button on your body, mind and spirit! Come breathe, move, play, grow and say ahhhhh! (PS. Can’t make it? Register for class and the video of the class is yours to take on your schedule!)

Equipment Required

Please have a 1 bolster (or a thick, firm sofa cushion), 2 yoga blocks (or thick bound books of the same size) three blankets and a yoga strap ( or long belt).
