Express Barre is a low-impact, 35- minute classic barre experience incorporating dance and Pilates-inspired movements. Previous dance or Pilates experience is not required. You will be guided through rhythmic combinations designed to strengthen, tone, and improve imbalances in the body. This class proves that micro-movements can be game changers. Short on time?
