I want to welcome every BODY to the dance floor they create in their own spaces. I specialize in light cardio that's groovin and fun and am excited to offer a co-ed online experience, come as you are! Be healthy at any size, and more importantly learn from a woman who's spent her life cultivating body positivity for people of all ages and sizes. Let's move those bodies! Class includes: 15 minutes of pre-lesson warm-up and chit chat (come when you want, I'll be waiting and preparing). This is the 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. 30 minutes of FOCUSED light and low impact cardio dance and fitness movement.
