*Please register for class at least 12 hours prior to start time* This practice links breath to movement in a powerful sequence, cultivating energy and heat from inside out. Longer held asanas are practiced during a period of silence, to find strength and stability from within. This well balanced class gives practitioners enough space to pause, focus and refocus on the breath, allowing for continued awareness and the invitation to release what no longer serves them. Though an Energy Flow is not a “Power Yoga” class, it certainly welcomes heat.
