Description

Hello! We will be doing various circuits for building endurance and strength using sometimes dumbbells and resistance bands. BW options and modifications are available! Have with you a glass of water. You can perform the exercises barefoot or with sneakers for extra stability. Warm ups and cool downs help you focus on mobility and flexibility.
