60 minute hour of power. Baptiste Yoga Journey into Power (JIP) sequence. Link your movement with your breath. We will start with awakening and warming up your body. We will move into building and igniting your inner fire. Students will practice finding their sthira sukham asanam (balance in effort & ease). We will then get grounded and centered. We will move into a little core and finish off with a cool-down including a deepening and some inversions before we enter into savasana-deep rest. All students welcome. Upward and downward modifications offered.
Towel/Yoga Mat, blocks/props to help support and bring you into better alignment. Alternative for blocks include water bottle, pillows, rolled blankets/towels.
