This introduction to aerial class will ease you into your aerial yoga practice. Aerial yoga is a total body workout while connecting you to your inner self. Some of the benefits of aerial yoga include increased flexibility, aids in digestion, allows your spine to lengthen with inversions, improves balance, increased strength, improves your neural connections in the brain, and many other benefits.
