Longtime practitioner and teacher, Serena, invites you to Dynamic Strength Yoga, a challenging, flowing sequence of postures that wakes up your full body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! Expect unique transitions, challenging postures, and many chances to invert. With a focus on functional strength, this class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles and spine, stabilize your core, and open up deep muscle tissue to increase flexibility.
