Ever felt like you needed 1-2 hours in the gym for results? Nah, girl. In this class we are going to rock out for 30 minutes with this total body workout! Since we're working the full body, plan on burning muscles in the arms, legs, back, glutes and core! Today's muscle group focus will be lower body aka LEGS! All you will need is a set of dumbbells and a mat. This is a weight & body weight resistance class. I will provide modifications in EACH class.
