DDPY is a hybrid workout that combines traditional yoga with calisthenics, sports rehabilitation & dynamic resistance to give you a fun cardio workout with little-to-no impact, increases flexibility & builds strength. Vocal participation is encouraged - the louder you are, the more calories you'll burn! :)
