I sure hope you had a wonderful recovery day on yesterday. It’s now time for my favorite... High Intensity Interval Training! On the eighth day of Twas the Night Before Fitness 21 Day Program and Challenge, the focus will be on a full body cardio workout to get your heart rate through the roof! We will be performing all familiar exercises and I will have modifications for regressing and progressing each move if necessary.
