Description

Utilizing supersets and active rests, we'll be keeping the heart rate up during the 45 minutes of work. Each day will work different muscle groups, so you don't want to miss a class or video! Some days we'll finish off with a HIIT or tabata. You'll be asked to give me all you got during class.

Equipment Required

Light, Med, and Heavy weights to offer you a variety in load. A resistance band, a stability ball, and a step/bench or chair.
