Join me for a cardio burnout as we dance our way into the weekend! After 30 minutes of dancing, we’ll spend 15 minutes doing barre movements that help our bodies to stretch and recover after a long, fun week of dancing!! 💕

Equipment Required

A chair or something sturdy to hold on to for the barre portion of class!
