Description

This class is a combination of cardio and upper body strength moves. We work on and off the bike to maximize our session, and leave you sweaty and stronger.

Equipment Required

Indoor Bike. Medium Resistance Bands or Dumbbells. 🚨No weights? Grab 2 cans or water bottles. 😊
