In this fast paced, heart pounding class, we’ll set the tone by starting with either a six minute challenge or a 5/10/15 challenge. You’ll then be challenged by alternating between 60 seconds of a strength exercises (weights, calisthenics or plyometrics) and a 45 second cardio bursts. After 30 minutes of this, we’ll finish with 10 min of core work. Are you ready to be pushed to your limit?
