Description

LETS GO! Get started with an athletic warmup! The class alternates strength and cardio or strength and core! We will complete 13 blocks of work in TODAY's workout! This workout will bring you results like never before.

Equipment Required

Equipment rotates each week however we use dbells, bench, medicine balls, pilates balls, yoga blocks, bands with handles and loop bands.
