After many of us have been sitting at desks, our bodies begin to hurt. I know mine sure did during the quarantine. In this class, we will give a closer look at our hands, our breath, and quieting the mind. This class is a perfect introduction to yoga with ease. Class begins with slow movements to assist with centering and breath awareness. Find a chair that your feet touch the floor properly. I will be using a folding chair on my mat. We will do some standing asanas (poses) with the support of the chair. We only have right here and right now. Join me to connect or reconnect with your inner self. This class is dedicated to the office professionals of Cincinnati Public Schools who invited me in to host a chair yoga workshop in early March
