“CORE”nation... Get it?! I know Dad joke but there is anything but jokes about this workout. The traditional sit-up isn’t our cup of tea. To challenge the core we will need to rotate even more through the abdominals to work the External and Internal Obliques on the side of the abs, the rectus abdominis (the front of the abs) and even Core stabilizers. Some simple and dynamic movements will get us there. Grab your Dumbbell or Medicine Ball and lets CORREect That Abomen!
