This is a core stability and strength class for all populations. Carrie leads you through several variations of core stability and strength training exercises that also incorporate the entire body. Appropriate for postpartum, coming back to fitness after injury, or bridging between physical therapy and fitness. Also optional next step work as we progress in strength and stability.
