Description

In this class, we will focus on our lower, medium, and upper abdominals muscles as well as our core. We will be doing variations of v-ups, plank push-ups, mountain climbers, and leg lifts for 3 rounds of 30, 45, and 60 seconds intervals.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat, water, and towel.
