This class is a combination of BootCamp, Pilates, and Functional Movements! Get your heart pumping and your muscles burning as you follow along with me during our sessions. No Weights? That’s cool. But if you have some, let’s use them! Don’t let Shelter-In-Place keep you from attaining your fitness goals. READY? SET? LET’S SWEAT!
