Description

Expect a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) based routine. I will share modifications for all dynamic exercises, and you will be encouraged to move at your own pace! *We start with a Mobility circuit to warm up and finish every class with a circuit of CORE focused exercises. HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS CLASS? EQUIPMENT: None, no equipment necessary. This is a bodyweight only workout. Have ready a yoga mat, water, and towel (optional).
