Description

Come laugh and have a good time as you run, jump, punch, kick, push, pull and crawl your way to peak fitness! This workout will be 60 minutes. The first 15 minutes will be dedicated warming up and the remaining 45 minutes will be good work!

Equipment Required

Although most of the workout will be standing, anyone who doesn't want to lie on the grass during core exercises is encouraged to bring a yoga mat.
