Description

This class will help chisel, define and tone your total body. This low impact class is designed to raise your heart rate without jumping. Come and join me and I’ll see you at the Barre.

Equipment Required

2 lbs weights, resistance loops, yoga ball, mat and a stable chair (all are optional)
