This class will help chisel, define and tone your total body. This low-impact class is designed to raise your heart rate without jumping. Feel free to use the modifications at any time. We are all a work in progress. Come and join me and I’ll see you at the Barre.

Equipment Required

1-3lb weights, small yoga ball, yoga mat*, resistance loops, sliders, and your Amazing self! *Optional

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
