Description

Join Emmi Scott for a 60-minute chair yoga class with a big emphasis on the breath. We'll use a chair to support a gentle flow through yoga poses and work on improving strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is perfect for yoga students with limited mobility or who want to take a gentler approach to their yoga practice. Please bring a mask in case we need to practice inside. We will have class outside in the courtyard as long as the weather allows.
