Expect to have fun stretching, strengthening, balancing, relaxing all while working at your own pace. You can take as much or as little instruction as you develop awareness of your body, mind & heart. Props are encouraged as a way to bring the pose to your body as it is today, not as it used to be. ♥️ All poses will be done in a chair or with the support of a chair. Yoga blocks or books 📚 work, straps, ties, bathrobe belt, blanket are all helpful to have. Each class has a different theme so you won't be bored! 😊 Check it out! You'll be glad you did! 🧘 Classes are by donation so everyone can take a yoga class! Pay what you can or as you would for yoga classes.
