This gentle, fun, head to toe yoga workout is designed for all abilities and will help you stay in shape and feel your best while using the support of a chair for seated and standing yoga postures. Learn to combine movement with the breath while reducing stress and increasing circulation. Develop a better range of motion and improve your posture, strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and relaxed!
