Description

Five mini cardio dance routines and styles of jazz, pom-pom, Latin, Burlesque, and Hip Hop followed by 25 minutes of strengthening and toning on the mat. Choreography break down in between songs, challenge and modification options for a completely customers will work out, and we dance in the dark for a truly empowering experience! Intro means more choreography breakdown and modifications and more manageable class pace.
