This class is designed to get our heart rate up and our beautiful bodies moving!!!🏃🏻♀️ We will be doing everything from high knees to jumping jacks to squat jumps (and maybe a few abs mixed in). Everyone can attend this class as you can make modifications if needed. There will be a warm up and cool down and no equipment necessary (bring a mat if you have one). Don't forget your water bottles as I'm big on HYDRATION!!!!!💦💦💦
