Description

Interval training is by far one of the best ways to get the most out of your workout and your time. We'll take 45-minutes to the max with alternating cardio and strength timed intervals. Cool-down and our total body workout is done. Ready for the week! All levels, beginners welcome. Lots of fun and I give modifications and options.
