Come kick it for a 30 minute dance & weight session! If you like you dance, this class is definitely for you. Beginners welcome! We will dance to hip hop & R&B workouts as well as hit some easy to follow cardio moves to the beat. that build your self confidence and strength can be done in 30 minutes!
