Description

Cardio dance is unique in the sense that it gives you a full-body aerobic workout, toning and shaping your muscles through specific high- and low-impact movements. Because most dance moves alternate among using your arms, legs and glutes, you’re almost always working your core, which keeps you balanced and helps you maintain proper form. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! Most classes offer easy-to-learn moves that anyone can pick up (yes, even us super uncoordinated folks!)
