An hour long class incorporating cardio intervals, dedicated core work + other weekly strength elements. The fun is in the variety! We may use weights, bodyweight, bands, or gliders/washcloths in any given class. I like variety in my classes and to use the time efficiently, so be ready to move. Everything can be modified.
