This class is all about that core! We will be performing 45 seconds of core focused work using dumbbells and body weight as resistance with 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Designed to get your heart pumping and your core strong! There are 10 exercises, and 5 rounds in this class and it is a sweaty good time! I always warm you up (it's SO important) for 5-10 minutes, followed by 40 minutes of work, and then I finish up with an optional but feel-so-good 10 minute cooldown, for a total of 60 minutes.
We usually use a dumbbell or two, so have them handy!
