Enjoy!] The bear crawl is a great core stabilizing exercise along with working the upper body. During this work out you will be challenged to hold this position in many variations over a certain amount of time. There will always be time for rest in modification but in this work out the challenge portion is to see how long we can continue to perform. All you will need is to be able to bear it!
