We are a week into out Program, “Lean Queen Muscle Building Machines” and Already feeling strong. Today’s Workout is an introduction to Tri-sets. Last Month we focused on Supersets which is complete a set of two separate exercises one after the next with no break so... TRI = 3 which means we’ve got 3 exercises as Lunge-focused back-to-back-to-back! Yes I know but you got this sis I promise you are stronger than you think. Let’s burn out the Quads for lean legs and overall weight loss in this burner. The goal here is to focus on correct form and postural control, keeping a neutral spine, not rushing through the movements, breathing at all times, and having the best time while feeling that tension. Slow and Steady wins the race and that means you’re ready. Grab your dumbbells and lets go!
