BUILD the muscles, BURN the fat! This full body workout will feature supersets or circuits to make you feel strong and confident! All exercises in this workout will be low impact, focusing on form and strength. You can control the intensity with heavier or lighter weights. Dumbbells and/or resistance bands are recommended for best results. If you don't have these, no problem! I'll offer modifications for anyone.
