Invite your sister, sister-in-law, or bestie to join our 45-minute gentle flow. A mindful, slower-paced class will revitalize the mind and body. Aspects of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga will be featured in this class while linking movement to breath. This class provides the opportunity to explore your practice, to find the play between strength and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain a greater understanding of physical alignment and balance. So, call your Sis up and tell her it's time to flow!
