In this class you will learn different breathing techniques such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, three-part-breath, or Ujjayi to name few. You might be new to pranayama or an advanced practitioner, you will find what you are looking for. From boosting the immune system to lift the energy or inner peace. We start the class with gentle stretches then practice breathing and finish with relaxation.
