This is your chance to DITCH FATIGUE and STRESS! BreatheFit is the movement meditation and breathing practice that we use in SuperCORE Fit and is designed to reboot your metaboilism, cleanse your cellular body, open your core channel, and diminish stress. As BreatheFit coaches, we direct you to breathe using certain techniques and rhythms - founded in eight breathing practices. We help you to connect with conscious breathing – breathing with awareness and intent. Harness the power of the breath to move through emotional, mental, or physical obstacles. SuperCORE recognizes the importance of breath for overall physical and emotional health. A SuperCORE class always starts with breathing techniques and then adds movement to complement the breath for cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning. Breath also aids in releasing stress, stuck, inflammation, and pain. This class will focus on breathing exercises and core activation.
SuperCORE's BreatheFit starts from your chair, plyo-box or cube. The chair, cube, or plyo-box provides stability and a home base for your alignment. It’s super important for you to find the right base. Choose a chair or a cube that is stable and solid, not a rolling chair. Make sure your feet touch the floor when you are sitting upright in the chair. You should be able to easily move the chair as we transition from seated to standing moves.
