After your warm up you will be boxing your way into 3 minute rounds of high intensity boxing drills once you catch your breathe you will grab a set of challenging weights for strength blocks! Finish up your workout with core and a stretch!

Equipment Required

At home if you have a bag/gloves GREAT if not no big deal!! Dbells are needed.
