Description

Get your cardio on while we put boxing fundamentals into practice in this bootcamp style fitness class. We'll start every class with a warm-up and basic punches review. The bulk of the class will incorporate bag and mitt work, partner and agility drills, and fitness movements with body-weight and equipment such as battle ropes, kettle bells, dumbbells and a tractor tire. Each class will end with a focus on core work. Come and join us for a kick-butt workout! *Please bring boxing gloves and wraps if you have them.
