Description

After your warm up you will be boxing your way into 3 minute rounds of high intensity boxing drills once you catch your breath you will grab a set of challenging weights for strength blocks! Finish your workout with a core block and cool down.

Equipment Required

Please bring gloves - if you need some I will have some but I recommend bringing your own.
