Get FIT with a rebounder! Rebounding works every cell of the body. This is a HITT 30/20, 40/10 second workout. Rebounding is easy on the body when you have the proper rebounder. Each workout has a 15 minute weight 2,5,8,10,15# routine, ending with a meditation to start your day.
